Membership Information and Agreement
This Membership Information and Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically concluded between the user (“MEMBER”) who registers on the website www.runsecret.com (“Site”) and the owner of the Site (“PLATFORM”). By registering on the Site, every user is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
ENFORCEMENT By completing the membership process on the Site, the MEMBER declares that they accept all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement is concluded electronically and does not require a separate signature by the parties.

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS Membership is free of charge. Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory. A member’s personal account cannot be transferred or shared with others. The PLATFORM reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide incorrect information or are found to be misused.
RIGHTS PROVIDED BY MEMBERSHIP A registered user can access, read, and download the e-books they have purchased through their account. All purchased digital content is available at any time in the “My Library” section. Updated or revised editions of the book can be viewed free of charge as long as they are supported by the PLATFORM. Members may receive notifications about special campaigns, announcements, and updates via e-mail.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER The MEMBER is personally responsible for the security of their account. They may not share their account information with third parties. Digital content accessed or purchased cannot be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold. The MEMBER may not use the services provided on the PLATFORM in any unlawful manner. If the MEMBER experiences any issues accessing the content, they may contact the PLATFORM at contact@runsecret.com.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLATFORM The PLATFORM is responsible for securely maintaining membership accounts, ensuring access to the digital content purchased by the member, providing support in case of technical issues, and protecting member data in accordance with applicable legal regulations. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The MEMBER’s personal data is processed for the purposes of creating a membership, processing orders, providing technical support, delivering campaign notifications, and managing the account. The data is not shared with third parties. The PLATFORM takes all necessary administrative and technical measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The MEMBER may request information about their personal data at any time.
TERMINATION (Cancellation of Membership) The MEMBER has the right to close their account at any time. After membership is terminated, access to previously purchased digital content may be discontinued. The PLATFORM may immediately terminate a membership in cases of misuse. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The PLATFORM is not responsible for access problems arising from the MEMBER’s internet connection, device incompatibility, or external system issues. The MEMBER accepts all legal responsibility for any use of the digital content beyond personal use.
DISPUTES In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the MEMBER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
