Distance Sales Contract
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically concluded between the consumer (“BUYER”), who purchases digital content/e-books (“Product”) through the website www.runsecret.com (“Site”), and the seller (“SELLER”), who owns the Site. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
ENFORCEMENT By completing the payment on the Site, the BUYER declares that they accept the provisions of this Agreement. The Agreement is concluded electronically and does not require a separate signature by the parties.
PARTIES SELLER RunSecret E-mail: contact@runsecret.com BUYER The individual who creates a membership on the Site or provides their information during the purchase process.
SUBJECT The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the BUYER’s purchase of digital content (e-books) through the Site. The purchased product is delivered digitally and has no physical form.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Products purchased by the BUYER: Product type: E-book / digital content Delivery method: Digital download or online reading through the website Delivery time: Immediately after payment confirmation Storage and access: Available anytime through the My Library section in the BUYER’s account
PRICE AND PAYMENT The product price is clearly displayed on the payment screen of the Site in TRY or USD. Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or any other method offered on the Site. The order is finalized once the BUYER completes the payment process.
DELIVERY TERMS The product is entirely digital; no physical delivery is made. Once the payment is confirmed, the product is assigned to the BUYER’s account. The BUYER receives access through a download link or online reader within the Site. Any download links sent via e-mail are for informational purposes only; the official product access is provided through the user’s account on the Site.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Article 15 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content products, as the content is delivered instantly. Therefore, once the BUYER is granted access to the digital content, cancellation or refund is not possible. However, if the BUYER experiences any technical issues accessing the content, the SELLER will provide support and restore access as needed.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER The BUYER may download and view the purchased digital product solely for personal use. The product may not be copied, reproduced, shared with third parties, or used for commercial purposes. The BUYER is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER The SELLER is responsible for ensuring the complete delivery of the purchased digital content. The SELLER provides support to the BUYER in case of any technical issues related to content access. The SELLER processes the BUYER’s information only in accordance with applicable regulations. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The SELLER processes the BUYER’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and support purposes. It is not shared with third parties.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
