This policy outlines the rules regarding the protection of content purchased or accessed through the Site, the prevention of unauthorized use, and user obligations. OWNERSHIP OF DIGITAL CONTENT All e-books, texts, graphics, writings, and other digital materials offered on the Site are the intellectual property of RunSecret. All such content is protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 (“FSEK”). The user obtains only a right to access and use the purchased content; they do not obtain the right to reproduce, distribute, sell, or share it.
COPYING, SHARING, AND PIRACY OF CONTENT The user is prohibited from performing any of the following actions: • Reproducing the e-book in PDF, EPUB, TXT, screenshot, screen recording, or any other format • Sharing the product online • Transmitting it to third parties, whether free or paid • Distributing it via platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Drive, Dropbox, etc. • Making it accessible to others • Renting or reselling the content • Publishing the content, in whole or in part, on other platforms • Allowing others to use their account to access the content These actions constitute piracy and are subject to legal and criminal sanctions under the Turkish Penal Code, FSEK, and applicable legislation.
ACCOUNT SECURITY AND PROHIBITION OF SHARING User accounts are personal and non-transferable. The following situations will result in the immediate suspension of the account: • Simultaneous use of the same account from multiple IP addresses • Sharing account information with others • Attempts to reproduce content without authorization through the account • Suspicious login or sharing activity After an account is closed, access to the content is removed and no refunds are issued.
MONITORING AND PROTECTION MEASURES To prevent unauthorized use and piracy, the Site may use methods such as storing access logs, tracking IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser information, monitoring access to the same content from different locations, implementing screenshot and screen-recording detection technologies, and using automated analysis systems. These data are processed solely for content security purposes and are not shared with third parties.
USER OBLIGATIONS The user agrees to view the purchased content solely for personal use, not to reproduce the content by any means, not to attempt to bypass digital protection systems, to maintain the security of their account, and to accept full responsibility in the event that unauthorized sharing is detected.
SANCTIONS IN CASE OF VIOLATION In the following situations, the PLATFORM reserves the right to pursue all necessary legal actions: • Pirated sharing of the content • Providing access to third parties through the user’s account • Attempts to reproduce, distribute, or resell the content • Breaching or attempting to bypass digital security measures Such violations may result in compensation claims under Article 70 of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), as well as imprisonment and judicial fines under Article 71 of the Turkish Penal Code.
DATA PROTECTION All user information is securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Technical data used for detecting unauthorized use is processed solely for security purposes.
